TRANSPARENCY
“Leave no authority existing not responsible to the people”
Welcome to Bremerton School Board Transparency
After months of opacity, a community-initiated lawsuit brought about the conclusion of the Bremerton School Board's investigation into former superintendent Dr. James Crawford, ultimately leading to the termination of his contract on August 26, 2024. This highly publicized process has sparked a deeper examination into the policies, practices, actions, and behaviors of the Bremerton School Board. Despite the outcome, serious concerns remain about the board's conduct that cannot be overlooked.
This website is dedicated to sharing documents, timelines, events, and actions related to the Bremerton School Board, while posing critical questions that inspire our community to actively engage with their elected officials. The goal is to ensure transparency and accountability, delivering a promise to our community's children that we care deeply about their education and their future.
Join in the continued insights into the Bremerton School Board and its directors—Alyson Rotter, John Hurley, Jonee Dubos, Karen Bolton, and Carolynn Perkins. Together, we can hold our leaders accountable and safeguard the integrity of our education system.
